Preparation Of Polyaniline Coated Carbon Nanotubes And Its Adoption In Ultrasonic Diagnosis Of Scar Pregnancy

In order to better determine the severity of the cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP), a kind of immune sensor material testing beta-human chorionic gonadotropin (beta-HCG) was built in this study. The carbon nanotube (CNT) was modified layer by layer by DNA and sulfur to be thiolated. This functional CNT was placed in platinum salt, the in-situ reduction was conducted to mark a layer of nano-platinum particles on its surface, so as to prepare the nanomaterial polyaniline coated carbon nanotubes (PCNT). The PCNT labeled with beta-HCG and horseradish peroxidase (HRP) were used as the secondary antibody, the immunosensor was prepared by double antibody sandwich method. In this experiment, the performance of the immunosensor based on PCNT nanomaterial was analyzed firstly, and then the sensor based on this material was used for ultrasound-guided interventional treatment of scar pregnancy. Patients with this disease were divided into three groups of 20 patients each, treated by MTX+ oral mifepristone, ultrasound+ MTX+ oral mifepristone, and PCNT-based immunosensor+ ultrasound+ MTX+ oral mifepristone respectively. The immunosensor based on PCNT nanomaterial was of high beta-HCG sensitivity, the detection range was [0.01 mIU/mL, 80 mIU/mL], and was of favorable selectivity and stability. The immunosensor based on PCNT nanomaterial was used to treat CSP, and local injection of gestational sac was carried out to observe the change of beta-HCG, so as to increase the safety of following treatment and the possibility of uterus's preservation.
