摘要
This work proposes a novel inorganic electroluminescent (IEL) device with a built-in electric charge (BIEC) layer to reduce its driving voltage and enhance its luminance. The powder-dispersed EL (PDEL) which with a BIEC layer can reduce turn-on voltage form 80 V -> 35 V and increase brightness form 269.2 nits to 397.3 nits under AC 300 V operation condition when compared to traditional PDEL device. This new structure device is called EFBI-PDEL device, the EFBI-PDEL devices have advantages of a low temperature process and low cost, with potential for large area display applications.
