There is no doubt that the solution to such a massive task as the development of the Arctic without prejudice to the planet requires the interdisciplinary research by modeling of "forecasting scenarios" and expertise and international cooperation, including all Arctic countries - Russia, the USA, Canada, Norway, Denmark, Iceland, Sweden Finland.
