Since the first hematological abnormalities in Noonan syndrome were first described in 1980, we provide a brief contemporary review of the hematologic and oncologic associations unique to patients with Noonan syndrome. This review highlights the more common associations you are likely to encounter in caring for patients with Noonan syndrome.
