Effectiveness Analysis Framework Of The Networked Operational Sos Based On Information Quality

In-1 view of the limitation of traditional effectiveness analysis methods, the main factors affecting the effectiveness of the networked operational SoS were discussed from four aspects corresponding to its functional structure: battlefield sensing, command and control, fire strike and information distribution. According to the information interaction and functional collaboration between the internal units of the networked operational SoS, a set of performance indexes based on information quality were introduced, and the relevant calculation models were established, which provide a reference analysis framework and a serial of model tools for the research on the effectiveness of the networked operational SoS.
