Planned And Systematic Lexicon Teaching: Imperative In The Training Of Spanish-Literature Teachers

The teaching-learning process of the mother tongue focuses its objective in the development of the communicative competence, so what it is needed the development of the lexicon-semantics competence; however, the attention to the lexical component frequently goes in detriment of others as the grammar or the spelling, for example. Starting from the detection of insufficiencies in the teaching-learning process of the initial formation of Spanish-Literature professors related to the didactic treatment of the lexicon, in this article, it is reflected on the imperative of a planned and systematic lexical teaching, which contributes to alleviate the difficulties manifested in practice that limit the development of lexical availability and professional and interpersonal communicative competence.
