Assessing Employees' Satisfaction By Structural Equation Models

摘要
Employees have become the most valuable and strategic resources, so the enterprises should pay more attention to employees' satisfaction. How to assess their satisfaction is a basic job, but the existing assessment methods are not scientific enough. Based on the literature review, this paper establishes Structural Equation Models between factors which affect employees' satisfaction, and suggests further study prospects.
