Thermal Environment-Induced Wither And Adaptation Of Germ Cells Of Male Animals
INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON BIOLOGICAL, MEDICAL AND CHEMICAL ENGINEERING (BMCE 2013)(2013)
摘要
Objective: to evaluate the effect of gradually warming environment on germ cells of male mice. Methods: Kunming mice were randomly divided into four groups, long hyperthermia group, short-term high-temperature group, progressive hyperthermia group, and control group. The first three groups were bed for 15-30min twice a day, continuously treated for 8 days, and the control mice were treated at room temperature. Methods: the sperm viability of all the Kunming mice were evaluated on 0d, 2d, 4d, 6d, 8d, 10d, 12d, 14d, 16d, 18d, 20d, 22d, 24d, 26d, 28d respectively. Conclusion: The thermal environment may induce the apoptosis of germ cells of the male animals, but in a certain range of gradual warming of the thermal environment, the body itself can adapt to the environmental change.
