Studies On Typical Power Supply Modes Of The New-Type Towns

In this paper, we introduce the status quo and limits of traditional urban distribution network, and establish the influence factors model of distribution network planning based on Interpretative Structural Modeling Method (ISM), and calculate the influence weights of the six factors on distribution network planning through the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). We illustrate the factors of distribution network optimal operation, on which the quantitative impacts are analyzed at several aspects of power grid structure, equipment levels, automation levels, distributed generation and reactive power compensation. Guided by the "National Model Town Planning", the power supply modes of distribution network for new-type towns are classified into three types, namely the green, the intelligent and the humane. In the case of green ecological type, analysis are made on the necessities of distribution network construction, as well as the construction targets, the construction content and the mode configuration of supply power modes. At last, we put forward the key contents, index requirements and technical measures for constructing the six supply power modes, and thus achieve the standardization and differentiation of construction principle for distribution network.
