We present in this paper a new finite volume scheme to solve Maxwell's equations. The approach is based on a centered flux formula and a leapfrog time scheme. The advantages of this method is its flexibility in treating complex geometries and its ability to capture the discontinuities of the electromagnetic fields through different media, without producing spurious oscillations. Numerical characteristics of this scheme are presented and some numerical experiments are performed.
