Analysis On The Key Factors In Establishing Comprehensive Pilot Area Of Cross-Border E-Commerce-Taking Hangzhou Comprehensive Pilot Area As An Example

The comprehensive pilot area of cross-border e-commerce established in 2015 in Hangzhou has achieved remarkable developing effectiveness during the past few months. Taking Hangzhou for reference, in January 2016, the State Council decided to set up a group of new comprehensive pilot areas of cross-border e-commerce in 12 cities all over China. Yet the development path of Hangzhou's comprehensive pilot area may not be generally applicable, for environment, resource and other aspects vary from city to city. Taking Hangzhou comprehensive pilot area as an example, this paper applies grounded theory and AHP to conclude and filter the key factors in establishing comprehensive pilot area of cross-border e-commerce. At the end of this paper, we provide a number of recommendations for the foundation of comprehensive pilot area.
