25655 Treatment of Hidradenitis Suppurativa in Immunosuppressed Transplant Patients
Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology(2021)
摘要
Introduction: Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) is an inflammatory skin disease characterized by pruritic, painful lesions in intertriginous areas. TNF-alpha inhibitors and clindamycin/rifampin have been shown to effectively treat moderate to severe HS. However, these medications are commonly avoided in transplant patients due to concern for interactions with immunosuppressants and higher infection risks.
