The gas-phase center dot OH and center dot H radicals derived from the moisture of helium atmospheric-pressure plasma (He-APP) were detected at the gas-liquid interface by means of a flow spintrapping electron spin resonance (FS-ESR) method using a newly developed micro open-flow (MOF) reactor that was exposed to He-APP.
