Impact Analysis About Striking Point At Spring-Finger Cylinder On The Picking Of Processing Tomatoes

The spring roller is the main device for the processing of tomato fruit picking. To reveal its working mechanism, the impact force of the spring tooth against the tomato fruit was theoretically analysed and the fruit stalk was carried out. Through equal-effect analysis, it was found that when the spring tooth striking point was close to the fruit pedicle, the force of the fruit at the pedicle was equivalent to the oblique stretching of the fruit at the end of the stalk. When the jerk hits the fruit near the middle, it also was equivalent to stretching the fruit vertically at the end of the pedicel; the elastic teeth hit the end of the fruit, which was equated to the oblique extrusion of the pedicel. The pull value of the end of the pedicel gradually decreased from the pedicle to the umbilical at the impact point of the spring tooth. When the spring teeth strike the fruit handle, the fruit handle has a radial stretching effect on the fruit, the closer blow point was to the greater pull force of the goji and stem, while the striking point was close to the stem, the stem and the stalk joint were stretched and bent. Although the fruit picking force decreased with the increase of the angle of the stretched pedicel, i.e. the radial tensile picking force was the largest, and the vertical tensile picking force was the smallest. However, the elongation of the handle to the fruit increases with the increase and extended in the strike speed of the spring. When the spring teeth strike the fruit at a suitable speed, the blow point can pick off the fruit from the pedicle to the lower part of the fruit. It was not easy to pick the fruit when the blow point was in the lower part of the fruit to the umbilicus; the blow point was closer to the stem when striking the fruit shank, the fruit was easier to pick and fruit, and the striking point was closer to the stem, the stem may fell off from the stem, then the picked fruit has a stalk. The research results had certain reference meanings for exploring the mechanism of processing and tomato picking.
