Fabrication and capillary performance of a novel composite wick for ultra-thin heat pipes

摘要
•A novel wick structure for ultra-thin heat pipe is proposed.•The capillary rise height of the novel wick is about 32% higher than that of #200 sintered meshes.•The capillary rise height of the wick increased by about 32.2% after oxidation at 400 °C for 150 min.
