摘要
Two new pathways for physicians with non-European medical degree to access to full practice in France are provided by the Law of July 24, 2019. The regularization procedure concerns associated physicians who are practicing in France. They must submit a file at the Regional Health Agency in order to be heard by the regional board who will give an acceptation or a refusal, or will ask the physician to have a better knowledge on specific fields. Once the file deposited, it allows the physician to practice medicine in France while waiting to appear in front of the board. The territorial commission pathway is intended for the Antilles and Guyana and can allow a physician with a medical degree from any country of the world to practice medicine in that region, provided a board with predominant medical capacity allows it. Before this law, the Chief constable (administrative authority) delivered the authorization. Those two pathways complete the three already existing.
