Connectivity Profile Predictive of Subcallosal Cingulate Deep Brain Stimulation Using Normative Connectome Data

DBS of the SCC has been investigated as a treatment for treatment-resistant depression. Patient-specific activation pathway analyses can reliably identify critical WM tracts that mediate DBS antidepressant effects. As individualized tractography may not always be available, normative DTI databases provide an alternative approach. Here, we evaluated WM pathways associated with clinical outcomes using normative connectome data.
