Precise 1-V Curve Measurement Procedure for Perovskite Solar Cells: Application to Various Types of Devices

Precise performance measurement procedure for perovskite PV devices was applied to various types of cells. The study was focused on confirming the applicability and usefulness of the proposed measurement procedure by using devices prepared by different institutes. The procedure includes comparison of the 1-V curves at various sweep time, and evaluation of Pmax under a fixed voltage for precise characterization. The results indicated that the procedure is versatilely applicable to various types of perovskite solar cells, and precisely define the I-V curves and Pmax.
