A Study On Action Targets Of Yinlai Decoction

Cluster targets to find out closely related diseases, through analyzing action targets which are corresponding to effective ingredients of components of Yinlai Decoction, a herbal compound. Then from the perspective of targets, illustrate possible mechanisms for Yinlai Decoction acting on diseases. Analyzation shows that diseases and pathways, which are closely related to Yinlai Decoction, amount to 35, including large intestine cancer, small cell lung cancer (SCLC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Genes related to large intestine cancer, oncogenes such as eta-catenin, K-Ras and anti-oncogenes such as APC, DCC, TGF-beta R II, Smad2, Smad4, Bax, p53, and DNA repair gene such as hMLH1, hMSH2, hMSH3, hMSH6. Genes related to SCLC include oncogene Myc, anti-oncogenes such as RAR beta, FHIT, p53, RB, PTEN. Genes related to NSCLC are oncogenes such as K-Ras, EML4ALK, anti-oncogenes such as RAR beta, FHIT, RASSF1, INK4a/ARF, p53. Yinlai Decoction can be effective against large intestine cancer, SCLC and NSCLC. The mechanism can be that the compound intervene corresponding oncogenes or anti-oncogenes to achieve therapeutic effects.
