摘要
•LaNiO3 and LaCoO3 present catalytic activity towards glycerol electrooxidation.•At relatively high potentials, LaNiO3 and LaCoO3 are more active than metal oxide.•Substitution of the transition metal can tune the perovskite activity for GEOR.•LaCoO3 presents high resistance to surface poisoning.•The products of glycerol electrooxidation are mainly glycolate and formate.
