摘要
•A nanoarray electrode supported on Ni foam was obtained by an in-situ growth route.•The prepared electrode illustrated high specific capacitance and rate capability.•The CuMoO4/NF films can be used in factual high power devices.•These uniform ultrathin NSs exhibited excellent electrochemical properties for high performance SCs.•The CuMoO4 electrode exhibited high energy density of 140.88 Wh kg−1.
