摘要

•Twenty-six FHA domain-containing proteins were identified in Brassica rapa.•Cis-regulatory element analysis and miRNA targeting prediction of BrFHAs was done.•Online gene expression profiles revealed ten highly expressed BrFHA genes in flowers.•Expression patterns of BrFHA genes were studied at different bud developmental stages.•Our data will aid further research on genetic male sterility in Brassica rapa.
