摘要

•Direct Laser Interference Patterning using a picosecond laser source.•One-step fabrication of multiscale periodic surface structures on Ti-13Nb-13Zr.•Effects of processing parameters on the surface morphology are investigated.•Multiscale periodic structures with up to four orders of hierarchy are obtained.•Features include DLIP, grooves as well as low and high spatial frequency LIPSS.
