摘要
•There is no approach to optimize an electrochemotherapy gel to boost electric field.•We describe a case-oriented computer-based method to optimize gel conductivity.•We used in vitro data to validate an in silico model under different experimental conditions.•Optimized gel may enhance treatment performance while reducing the electrical current.•2.0 S/m gel supports veterinary mastocytoma tumor treatment while reducing 65% current.
