FDG PET/CT in Isolated Spermatic Cord Metastasis From Colon Cancer

Isolated spermatic cord metastasis is extremely rare. We describe FDG PET/CT findings in a case of isolated spermatic cord metastasis from colon cancer detected 27 months after colectomy. The tumor showed intense focal FDG uptake in the right spermatic cord mimicking a primary spermatic cord malignancy.
