A Miniaturized 105ghz FMCW Radar Based on Antennas/Bare Chip and PCB Interconnection Techniques

摘要
A miniaturized 105GHz frequency modulated continuous wave (FMCW) radar system, is presented for small size target detection. The radar mainly consists PCB antenna arrays and RF front end, which based on the developed antennas /bare chips PCB interconnection techniques. Their design and experimental results show that the radar system have detect distance of 4∼5 m with detection accuracy of 0.2m for $15\text{cm}\times 15\text{cm}$ metal targets under size conditions of 34mm in diameter and 5mm in height.
