Experimental Demonstration for a Power Scalable Coherent Vector Beam in a Turbulent Environment

Abstract
This paper presents an approach for generating power scalable vector beams. These beams are created with a coherent combination in the RCP and LCP OAM basis encoded with data. The results show resistance to turbulence in free space propagation under a 16-QAM CE-OFDM encoding scheme.
