甘草是豆科多年生草本植物,在临床上具有补气、止咳、清热解毒、止痛等功效.甘草提取物含皂苷类、黄酮类、甘草多糖等天然化合物,具有抗病毒、抗炎杀菌、抗氧化等药理方面的作用.本文对甘草提取物的生物学功能及其在畜禽生产中的应用进行综述,为其作为饲用添加剂的合理应用提供参考.
