Lipoid Pneumonia After Pembrolizumab Treatment for Advanced Non–Small-Cell Lung Cancer

•It is often challenging to diagnose newly emerged abnormal lung shadows during treatment with immune checkpoint inhibitors.•We report an autopsy case of a patient who developed lipoid pneumonia after a single dose of pembrolizumab.•Clinicians will bear in mind this rare but severe phenomenon in patients undergoing immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy.
