摘要
The ability of microgrids to enhance resilience is a crucial issue in the power grid disruption caused by unscheduled severe events. Nonetheless, the disturbance start time and emergency state duration are uncertain parameters. Therefore, this research is concentrated on enhancing the hybrid AC/DC smart grids' resilience according to standard and emergency operation states. A resilience-oriented two-level scenario-based stochastic optimization (RO-TLSSO) problem is proposed in this paper. In the first level, the expected energy curtailment in smart grids equipped with MT, PV, WT, and ESS according to load priority is minimized in emergency operation. In the second level, according to the optimal value obtained from the first level objective function, the operation cost of the smart grid in standard and emergency situations is minimized. In this problem, the technical constraints related to operation in standard and emergency conditions are satisfied. In the proposed method, it is guaranteed that we will have the minimum energy curtailment in smart grids during an emergency state along with an optimal operation cost in emergency and standard situations. The proposed approach is compared with the other two conventional methods and its influence is analyzed in the results.
