摘要

•The monito del monte (Dromiciops gliroides) and monito de pancho (D. bozinovici) are lineages of the mammalian order Microbiotheria, the sister group of Australian marsupials.•In this study using RADseq corroborating two species of Dromiciops (D. bozinovici and D. gliroides).•Results suggest that some of the D. gliroides populations would have survived in glacial refuges, with posterior expansions after ice retreat.
