Intra-Liver Allograft C3d-Binding Donor-Specific Anti-HLA Antibodies Predict Rejection After Liver Transplantation

•Graft immunocomplex capture fluorescence analysis (ICFA) detects intragraft donor-specific anti-HLA antibodies (g-DSA)/HLA complexes and C3d-binding reaction in the liver allograft.•The existence of g-DSA correlated with liver allograft rejection.•To address antibody-mediated rejection and part of T cell–mediated rejection following liver transplant, graft ICFA technique may become a useful method.
