摘要

•Following CBS, 30-day and 1-year OS rates are 70.1% and 32.0%, respectively.•Predictors of survival: oropharyngeal/active tumors, ICA/CCA rupture, acute bleeds.•15.6% of patients suffered complications post-CBS. Stroke occurred in 1 patient.•Treatment algorithm promoting physician-to-physician discussion is unique.•Prompt intervention at experienced treatment centers may improve outcomes after CBS.
