Total skin electron beam therapy for cutaneous T-cell lymphomas in the Netherlands: A retrospective analysis of treatment outcomes and selection for high or low dose schedule

•Both high dose and low dose TSEBT achieve high response rates.•No statiscal difference between two dose regimens was found in this study.•We propose to use low dose TSEBT in all patients with boost to residual disease if indicated.•High dose regimens should be reserved for patients where it is not feasible to boost too many lesions.
