摘要
•Inhaled pulmonary vasodilators were not associated with improvement in gas exchange in a cohort of mechanically ventilated patients with severe COVID-19. Patients receiving inhaled nitric oxide or inhaled epoprostenol were included. Gas exchange parameters studied were PaO2:FiO2, Oxygenation Index, and Ventilatory Ratio over a five day period.
