摘要
•Growth and no-growth of L. monocytogenes was examined in a solid medium.•Six factors were used to inhibit the growth of L. monocytogenes.•Logistic regression was used to analyze the dichotomous responses.•The model was validated in raw ground beef for growth probbility.•The model can be used to formulate RTE products.•The products may not allow its growth even under the optimum temperature.
