Safety and humoral response rate of inactivated and mRNA vaccines against SARS-CoV-2 in patients with Multiple Sclerosis

•Information about the humoral response after SARS-CoV-2 inactivated (InV) vaccines in MS is scarce.•178 patients, 123 received InV, 51 mRNA and 4 adenoviral vector vaccines.•Overall positive humoral response was observed in 66.9% (62.6% InV vs. 78.4% mRNA).•Fingolimod patients had 88% positive response, but with lower IgG titres.•AntiCD20 patients had a 43% positive response, related to type of vaccine and number of infusions.
