摘要
Greenhouse saline soil was induced by excessive nitrogen fertilizer and closed environment. A pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of different fertilizer treatments on crop yield and irrigation water use in greenhouse saline soil (NS) and coastal saline soil (S). Three fertilizer treatments (bio-organic fertilizer, O; chemical fertilizer, C; chemical and bio-organic fertilizer, CO) were applied in the two saline soils (soil salinity, 3‰) during June- July. Bio-organic fertilizer can effectively reduced saline soil salt content for both saline soils. Compared with NS-C, the total amount of salt ions in NS-O and NS-CO decreased by 23.63% and 15.60%, respectively. The combining application of chemical and organic fertilizer was increased crop yield significantly. T The yield of tomato treated with CO in the greenhouse saline soil was the highest, and the yield increased by 165.5% compared with O. And all crop plants were died with chemical fertilizer under greenhouse saline soil. Bio-organic fertilizer can effectively reduce saline soil evaporation for all treatments. The total irrigation amount with bio-organic fertilizer was the lowest. Irrigation water use efficiency of S-O treatment is higher than S-C and S-CO treatment under coastal saline soil, and irrigation water use efficiency of NS-CO treatment is higher than NS-O treatment under greenhouse saline soil.
