Study on the synthesis process of intermediates of raspberry ketone

The crossed-aldol condensation of 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde with acetone gives an adduct information on 4-(4'-hydroxyphenyl)-3-buten-2-one,which is the intermediates of raspberry ketone(rheosmin).The kinetics of this reaction was studied under the optimized experimental conditions and the reaction process was tracked with UV spectrophotometry analysis method.The results showed that this condensation was a second-order reaction,with Ea=24.831 kJ/mol,A=90.423 L/(mol·min),dynamic equation r=-dCA/dt=90.423e-24831/RT.CACB.The dynamic equation was verified,and the results showed that the dynamic equation of confidence was well.
