Mesenchymal Lesions of the Vulva and Vagina

The chapter covers in detail a group of mesenchymal lesions that preferentially occur in the vulva and vagina. Selected entities seen more often in extra-genital sites, but also encountered in the vulva, are also discussed. Emphasis is given to the differential diagnosis.
