Discrete Faults Diagnosis for the Multicellular Converter: Algebraic Approach

摘要
This article addresses the diagnosis of cells fault in a multicellular converter. The idea is based on using the distinguishability criteria for detected the discrete fault. Necessary and sufficient condition for the detectability of discrete faults are obtained. Residuals are generated using an algebraic time derivative estimation. The proposed fault detection and diagnosis scheme is applied to the model of a three-cell converter and the simulation results illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
