Microfluidic Protein Patterning Controlled By Hydrophobic Surface and Pneumatic Control

Protein patterning of nanoliter solution was performed in a microfluidic channels. Precise metering of nano-liquid was controlled by the external pneumatic pressure and modified surface engineering. As a model system, we demonstrated streptavidin/biotin reaction system.
