摘要
•Band-selective 13Cα-15N het-TOCSY mixing can be an effective module in RF pulse schemes for resonance assignments in IDPs.•One-shot correlation spectra via simultaneous 15Nx and 13Cαx magnetisation transfer from residue i to i+/-1 may be obtained.•The method may be modified to collect RN[NCA HEHAHA]NH and R’CA[CAN HEHAHA](CACO)NH data (with R = ’HN’ or ’HNCO’ and R’ = ’Hα’ or sidechain ’HscCsc’).
