摘要
In order to improve the operation performance and the investment efficiency of different stakeholders in incremental distribution network, in view of the characteristic of high proportion renewable energy access, considering the internal configuration of energy storage battery in incremental distribution network and bidirectional power flow with large power grid, the optimal allocation method of power capacity under different operation modes is proposed. Firstly, energy dispatching strategy is constructed. Then, two possible modes of "integration of investment and operation" and "independence of investment and operation" in the future of incremental distribution network are analyzed, and different optimization models for different stakeholders are built. Considering the demand of nearby absorption of renewable energy and the reliability of power-supply in incremental distribution network, multi-objective optimization of power-supply capacity allocation is carried out with performance indicators such as non-nearest consumption probability of renewable energy is proposed. Using the actual wind power output and user load data, a set of power capacity allocation schemes is optimized by using multi-objective black hole algorithm. Finally, based on D-S evidence theory, considering the needs and the willingness of each stakeholder, a power allocation scheme to ensure the relative maximization of the interests of each market participant is obtained. A case study verifies the rationality of the model and the algorithm.
