摘要
Artificial Optoelectronic Synapses In article number 2101201, Yang Li, Guozhen Shen, and co-workers present an artificial optoelectronic synapse for a neuromorphic computing and visual system. Benefiting from the voltage and light-induced synaptic behavior, the device enables the transition between short- and long-term-memory via the number of applied light pulses, successfully emulating the human visual system. The research provides an effective pathway to construct electronic eyes and light-driven neurorobotics.
