Study on Field Calibration Technology of Zero Flux DC Current Transformer in ±500kV Converter Station

Carrying out researches on field calibration test of DC current transformer is of great significance for improving the type test and field test system of DC current transformer. In this paper, the field calibration technology of DC current transformer was studied. The scene of the DC current transformer calibration experiment method was proposed. Besides, the high stability DC current source rated 5000A/12V and the GPS wireless synchronous data acquisition device was developed. On this basis, the field calibration tests of three zero flux DC current transforms operating in Deyang ±500 kV DC converter station neutral wires were carried out. Test results indicate that the error property of zero magnetic current transformers in Deyang ±500kV DC converter station is stable, and the calibration method proposed in this paper is reasonable.
