摘要
The objective of this work was to evaluate the performance of soybean in nodulation and root growth under different levels of inoculation and co - inoculation. It was conducted in DBC, in a 4x16 factorial scheme. The dosages used were 50-100-150ml (25kg of seed) with Azospirillum brasilense and 450-900-1350ml per ha of Bradyrhizobium japonicum. The results of aerial and root analyzes of the plants were compared by the Tukey test (5% significance). The inoculation with Bradyrhizobium japonicum showed superior results in all aspects evaluated when compared to the zero treatment, whereas the inoculation with Azospirillum brasilense did not demonstrate significant results in any aspect alone. With co-inoculation showed that the interaction of the two strains showed superior results, in the green root and dry matter aerial part, meaning a better vegetative development of the plant.
