In patients with locally advanced and resectable oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC), major pathological response (MPR) to induction therapy (IT) may translate into improved survival, and it is important to explore better IT protocol for OSCC. The combination of anti-PD-1 and chemotherapy as inductive protocol has not been well issued in OSCC.
