Развитие Инструментов Интеграции Текстильной Промышленности Стран Евразийского Экономического Союза (ЕАЭС): Инновационный Подход (Development of Instruments to Integrate the Textile Industry of Eurasian Economic Union Countries (INPP): Innovative Approach)

Russian Abstract: Статья посвящена обоснованию необходимости и разработке инновационных инструментов интеграции одной из традиционно ведущей отрасли стран СНГ – текстильной промышленности в новых условиях, а именно в процессе формирования евразийского экономического союза. Дана оценка развития интеграционного процесса в текстильной промышленности, определены сложности и пути их преодоления в ближайшей перспективе. Обоснован и предложен инновационный инструмент интеграции текстильной промышленности - своповая стратегия торговли, показаны преимущества его реализации в рамках евразийского экономического союза. English Abstract: The article is devoted to the substantiation of the necessity and development of innovative instruments of integration of one of the traditionally leading branch of the CIS countries - the textile industry under the new conditions, namely, the formation of the Eurasian economic union. The assessment of the development of the integration process in the textile industry is given, the difficulties and ways to overcome them in the short term are determined. An innovative tool for integrating the textile industry - a swap trade strategy - has been substantiated and proposed, and the advantages of its implementation within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union are shown.
