摘要
Research on the concept and assessment of sustainability has developed considerably in recent years. If we found a lot of evaluation methods, majority do not treat or more succinctly the social impacts. Then we developed a method of socio-economic evaluation for wine-producing farms in order to know the impact of practices on profitability (gross margin) but also on human capital (painfulness, pesticides risks, safety) and social capital (landscape, dissemination of acquired knowledge). Whether for more sustainability or to cope with new constraints such as climate change, reduced inputs or agronomic dead ends (limited number of active substances allowed), it is necessary to change the systems of wine production . These so-called innovative systems generally aim to reduce the impact on the environment. But here too it is necessary to evaluate their effects on the other domains of sustainability: the social and economic domains to ensure their adoption by winegrowers. Our method thus has a specific module that makes it possible to carry out this comparison between classical and innovative systems within the same vineyard. In this paper we describe the construction of our method and the feasibility test on four Alsatian viticulture farms.
